What did your programme help you achieve?
“A greater understanding of how to maximise performance, the ability to use new equipment in the gym and the confidence and knowledge to push myself further and improve quicker. I also learnt the reason why we did things and the benefits it would bring.”
What have you learnt from your programme?
“What I am capable of achieving, how to enjoy exercise whilst pushing myself hard, what is needed to go to the next step.”
How has this programme helped you with your sport/life?
“It has given me extra strength and conditioning to excel at my sport. I am more supple and flexible around the court. I also enjoy sport more as I feel fitter and have better stamina.”
Since the beginning of the programme, have you achieved anything you would like to share? (e.g. PRs, goals, improved performance, etc.)
“Now a regular starter for my Sunday league team and recently won the town badminton competition.”
What have you enjoyed about your programme?
“Great instructor, makes it fun and relaxed. Improved knowledge, better physique, improved performance, greater confidence, can see the difference it has made to my sports performance.”
Is there any feedback you would like to give about your programme or coach?
“Rickey is a great coach, he makes it enjoyable and fun whilst also maintaining a high workload. He knows his stuff and enjoys passing on his knowledge and his ability to push me has helped me to be a stronger individual. I always looked forward to training with Rickey as his positive attitude was infectious and made the workouts fun but challenging.”
