  • Chris Tubb

    Chris is one of the strength & conditioning coaches situated around Beds, Bucks & Herts. He has a MSc in Strength & Conditioning, BSc in Sport and Exercise Science and a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification. Chris believes that being consistent with the little things will ultimately achieve your overall goal, Chris is also a mental health first aider and he’s here to help!

    Chris is a specialist in acceleration and sprint mechanics working with many different athletes to correct and improve their sprinting mechanics to help improve their performance.

    His hobbies include snowboarding, Formula 1 and football.

  • Rickey Shah

    Rickey is one of the Strength and Conditioning coaches situated in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Rickey has a MSc in Strength and Conditioning, BSc in Sport Science and Coaching, Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification, as well as many other fitness qualifications. Ultimately, Rickey believes that hard work and patience is the key to success – if you consistently put in 100% effort, you will reap the rewards, and we can help with this!

    The passion Rickey brings to his work is second to none, and is displayed in his coaching and attention to detail. This ability allows Rickey to assess movements for strengths and areas that need developing that most wouldn’t be able to see.

    Some of his hobbies are playing different sports, reading and comedy, which makes him funnier than Joe (so he thinks).

  • Joe Cooper

    Joe is based on the coast of East Anglia with a passion to help others, from losing weight to elite athletes with over 12 years’ experience. He has worked in a range of sports such as Rugby, Basketball, Golf, Skiing, Athletics, MMA, Boxing, Motorcycle racing, Gymnastics and much more. He has dedicated himself to developing program designs through research and practice and believes that a well-designed program will have the client’s goal at the heart of the program. Joe specialized in Biomechanics, periodization, program design and injury prevention during his undergraduate and master’s degree. Friendly and approachable, Joe is a coach for those of all abilities from beginner to elite.

    His Hobbies include Riding his motorbike, Rugby and trying to be funny.
